Challenge
Lascava sells products from multiple European manufacturers, each with their own inventory system and API. Customers need to see accurate, real-time availability across all suppliers — including every size and color variant. Stock changes constantly, and selling an item that's no longer available means lost trust and costly cancellations.

Challenge
Multiple suppliers send price lists in different formats — Excel files, PDFs, custom exports. A full-time employee spent every working day manually updating prices and stock levels. Formats changed without warning, new products appeared, and human errors caused pricing discrepancies.
